single bet calculator
OK — been on this thing for something like five months now and it's stuck on my phone, so thought I'd write something up since someone asked me last week. Am in the UK, mostly stick to footie and the horses, a fiver here and there, for context.

The reason I started using it was genuinely embarrassing — I could never figure out what an e/w payout actually came to when the place terms changed. I'd just wing it and moan when the payout landed. Now I stick my stake in before I place anything, even a straight one-selection punt.

The single bet calculator tool is the one I'm on daily — type in your stake, the odds and it spits out profit and total return straight away, fractional or decimal, doesn't matter. Same tool covers the multiples — doubles and trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, a yankee, which is where I always got it wrong. If you fancy a poke about, it lives at lucky 63 calculator and there's no login wall, which I appreciated.

One thing that actually made a difference were the nerdier bits. They've got an implied probability thing which shows you the overround, and there's the kelly staking calculator — I run quarter kelly since full stakes are terrifying. The dutching one is decent for when I'm spreading across selections.

Not all sunshine though. Its layout looks pretty plain — not much flash, which honestly I don't mind but some will. On my phone it works but the bigger tables make you pinch and zoom. There's no app, just the site — slight shame just flagging it.

Anyway. Free, not plastered in adverts, does what it says. Anyone who honestly adds it up in their head, give it a go — it's saved me a load of "wait, that's it?" moments.
